Toughen Up Your Look With Western & Denim

It’s not always ‘sandal weather’ in Britain and when it comes to making your outfit summer ready without flashing too much of your feet, it’s time to turn to boots that help you to toughen up your look and remain stylish in this lukewarm weather. Western boots.

Last month I fell in love with and splurged on these western boots from Topshop on one of my regular shopping binges. These boots are perfect for when it comes to having that bit of Texan glamour and I know the Queen of Texas, Beyoncé would be proud of this purchase!

The boots work well with jeans, skirts or dresses but I really love the american feel that it gives to this outfit. The silver hardware buckles really gives a mature girly look, especially teamed with the cold shoulder boho top and black collar, it makes the outfit appear more chic. This outfit can be worn during cooler days and can be worn at various events!

I am living in these shoes at the minute and that is down to it’s authenticity and I just love that I can wear pretty much anything and these shoes just transform my look, ( kinda feel like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz!) Also because they are mixed suede and leather I am more in love with them, you know I love it when an item merges two or more trends!

The boots are backless too which makes them summer ready and an excellent choice for festivals. This A-line denim skirt gives me a feminine yet laid back LA  kind of look because  button through gives the skirt more character and versatility. When I teamed the skirt with this bohemian H&M Coachella top, I felt like I should be off exploring somewhere, because it’s a casual, summery holiday outfit that looks effortlessly cool. Cowboy style boots would also give a free spirited look when styled with a maxi skirt, try it!

I can’t wait to wear this skirt with my western belt and some sandals for the summer and for my american trip later this summer.
