How To Monochrome

I remember obsessing over this over sized tee in Topshop three years ago. This was when the high street was flooded with monochrome styles but not just monochrome. Monochrome combined with pale pink. This was a fresh take on a classic print.

I love this t-shirt because the monochrome floral print is small and large so it looks more current. The pale pink strip at the bottom is meant to appear almost transparent which creates an edgy look.

I always wear this t-shirt very simply with either blue or black skinny jeans and silver hoops because you all know I love a street style luxe. I added my pink mules for this look to create a more feminine look ready for spring.

This top is one of my favourites to wear during this time of year because it looks more expensive than it actually was and the over-sized style actually looks really classy.

What do you think to monochrome prints?
