We have seen chenille popping up in stores such as Primark and Zara in the last year or two but this season is all about comfort and feeling warm. I can hear all of you sigh with relief that finally warmth is becoming cool.
I love the dusky pink tone of this Boohoo jumper and the chenille gives it a softer and more luxurious look and makes me forget about the miserable weather which greet me outside.
The fabric can just instantly add a bit texture to your simple jeans and sweater combination. I decided to draw on the pink event more so wore my red suede bag from Zara and added mid-wash ripped Topshop jeans to toughen the look. Red helps to lift certain pinks such as this ducky rose colour to make it look more on trend.
I added my grey longline Zara coat to help keep the attention on this dusky tone and to make it the focal point of the look. Sometimes black can make styles appear too blocky and boring in my opinion. This is a simple look and sometimes essentially all you need is comfort! Many of the recent styles on the high street have revamped this classic fabric by adding bell sleeves or a deep v -neck cut just to give it a more streetwear take.
